Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and audits
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA standards are followed
- Load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team to maintain organized, clean workspaces
- Report equipment issues or safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation to 10 PM-6 AM shift schedule
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
