Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and process inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy for timely delivery
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and system updates
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Complete daily productivity reports and quality assurance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS systems
- Reliable transportation to 12am-8am shift schedule
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
