Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to work instructions
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counting tasks
- Maintain organized and clean workstations per 5S standards
- Report discrepancies and operational issues to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for order fulfillment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/picking experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and literacy skills
- OSHA safety certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail and time management
