As a Warehouse Picker, you will be the backbone of our fulfillment process, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and ready for shipment with zero errors. We value hard work, integrity, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on pick tickets and requirements.
- Verify product quantities, SKUs, and condition before packaging to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Utilize handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to input and track data efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and unloading inbound shipments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver in narrow aisles for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS software.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
