Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipment processes with precision
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation and SOPs
- Conduct daily safety inspections and enforce OSHA standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and material handling efficiency
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA 10/30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution expertise
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
