Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to verify inventory counts.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure proper packaging materials are used.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely when required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
