Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Train and supervise 8-12 team members, ensuring safety compliance and productivity
- Implement inventory control systems using WMS software to maintain accuracy
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA standards
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and space utilization
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong problem-solving and team leadership abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
