Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor 15+ team members through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and inventory control systems
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to maximize productivity and reduce costs
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Generate operational reports and KPI tracking for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics environment
- OSHA certification and thorough knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Advanced problem-solving abilities in operational challenges
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends when required
