Responsibilities
- Architect and train state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise applications.
- Research novel deep learning architectures to improve model efficiency and reduce inference latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge models into production pipelines.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and evaluation of new algorithms to validate performance benchmarks.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities leading up to the 2026 release cycle.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the scientific community through publications and patents.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI models.
- Experience with distributed computing systems and GPU optimization (CUDA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
