- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of future-focused projects.

- Talent & Culture Strategy: Develop the organizational structure and leadership pipelines required to support our 2026 growth trajectory.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
