Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget across pilot programs and partnerships
- Mentor technical teams on emerging technology adoption frameworks
- Represent InnovateCorp at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, blockchain, AGI, or neuromorphic systems
- Strong financial acumen with experience in innovation budgeting
- Certified in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
