Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmaps: Define and lead the technical strategy for our next-gen AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Generative Model Engineering: Design and optimize large language models (LLMs) and multimodal systems for enterprise deployment.
- Agentic Workflow Design: Build autonomous AI agents capable of complex decision-making and task execution.
- MLOps Leadership: Establish robust CI/CD pipelines for machine learning, ensuring model reliability and performance monitoring.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA).
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow).
- Generative AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning (e.g., Llama, GPT architectures), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases.
- Cloud Architecture: Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) with a focus on serverless and high-availability architectures.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
