Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for the 2026 strategic product suite.
- Lead a cross-functional team of AI researchers and backend engineers to prototype next-generation interfaces.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies to ensure the 2026 roadmap remains competitive.
- Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical specifications.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance standards are met for high-volume deployments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI or Future Tech.
- Deep understanding of machine learning models, neural networks, and scalable distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
