Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex system architectures that align with the company's 2026 Vision roadmap.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum-ready infrastructure, Edge Computing) into our core platforms.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and drive initiatives to reduce latency and improve throughput.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to ensure technical feasibility and high-quality delivery.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Programming: Strong command of at least two high-level languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, TypeScript).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to adapt to new paradigms and a passion for exploring emerging technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
