- Quantum Integration: Spearhead the integration of post-quantum cryptography and quantum computing protocols into our core security architecture.
- Strategic Forecasting: Analyze emerging tech trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies for the engineering team.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and futurists, fostering a culture of innovation and high-performance engineering.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex future-tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in for ambitious projects.
Qualifications
- Expertise: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with deep specialization in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and distributed systems.
- Quantum Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of Quantum Computing principles, algorithms, and post-quantum cryptography standards.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate and plan for technological shifts 3-5 years in advance, with a portfolio of innovative architectural solutions.
- Leadership: Strong background in leading high-performance engineering teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Educational Background: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex futuristic concepts into clear, strategic directives for diverse audiences.
