Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, resilient architectures that anticipate the demands of 2026-scale data processing and AI integration.
- Lead AI & Machine Learning Initiatives: Spearhead the development of proprietary LLMs and predictive algorithms to drive autonomous decision-making.
- Define the Tech Stack: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum algorithms, Edge computing) into our existing infrastructure.
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Work with executive leadership to define a 5-year technology vision aligned with industry trends.
- Talent Acquisition & Mentorship: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all advanced technologies adhere to rigorous security standards and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with Quantum computing frameworks.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects.
