Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and simulation applications
- Lead experimental research on quantum hardware systems with 100+ qubit coherence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents for quantum computing innovations
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum education initiatives
- Secure and manage research partnerships with academic institutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Publication record in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quipper)
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and superposition principles
- Experience with cryogenic quantum computing systems
