Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic design of our core technology stack, focusing on AI integration, edge computing, and next-gen hardware interfaces.
- Technical Visionary: Translate abstract future trends into concrete technical requirements and system architectures for the engineering team.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and hire top talent, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging technologies, ensuring our products remain ahead of the curve.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical partners to align business goals with technical execution.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of large-scale systems to ensure stability, security, and scalability for future demands.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in distributed systems and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Futuristic Tech Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI/ML models, Quantum Computing principles, or Blockchain integration.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams through complex transitions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical strategies to diverse audiences.
