Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and innovation opportunities
- Secure and manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives aligned with ESG principles
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough tech products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Strong background in strategic technology roadmapping and market analysis
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or grants
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
