Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to create a comprehensive technology and innovation strategy for 2026.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) to determine their viability for integration.
- Strategic Partnerships: Forge partnerships with startups and research institutions to gain early access to breakthrough innovations.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee experimental projects and 'moonshot' initiatives that push the boundaries of current capabilities.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit and mentor top-tier engineering talent focused on future tech stacks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical visions into actionable business strategies for diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology leadership, product management, or strategic consulting.
- Visionary Thinking: Demonstrated ability to forecast technology trends and their business impact.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and software architecture principles.
- Strategic Planning: Proven track record of developing and executing long-term roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
