- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to anticipate technological disruptions
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate strategic tech initiatives into business growth plans
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation projects and technology adoption
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies and emerging ecosystem analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3, or sustainable tech
- Successful track record of launching tech products valued at $50M+
- Certified in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Futures Thinking, Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience in high-growth tech environments (startup to enterprise scale)
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or industry disruption
