Responsibilities

- Lead innovation workshops to ideate and prototype next-gen solutions
- Partner with product teams to align tech strategy with market opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with industry disruptors and research institutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
