Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap spanning AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and commercialize emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate paradigm shifts in consumer behavior and enterprise infrastructure
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers for next-gen tech incubation
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and sustainable competitive advantage
- Champion ethical technology adoption and responsible innovation governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech, or sustainable tech systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Innovation Management, or related field
- Fluency in futures methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
