- Develop comprehensive innovation frameworks aligned with long-term business objectives
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology visions and progress to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Drive R&D initiatives in emerging domains like neural interfaces and sustainable tech
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in forecasting tech trends and translating them into actionable strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and venture capital community
- Certification in emerging tech domains (e.g., AWS ML, Google Quantum AI) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
