Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market sizing for next-gen innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation portfolios with ROI-focused prioritization frameworks
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Drive implementation of pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong financial modeling skills for innovation valuation
- Exceptional communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in technology or business innovation
- Start-up or corporate innovation lab experience preferred
