Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic plans for emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Lead market analysis and competitive intelligence for next-gen tech sectors
- Oversee R&D investments in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board of directors
- Drive internal innovation challenges with $1M prize fund
- Represent company at global tech summits (Davos, Web Summit)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record leading projects with $5M+ budgets
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed technology journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for global partnerships
- Certification in Future Foresight Methodology (preferred)
