Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI/ML solutions for next-gen predictive analytics platforms
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers in developing quantum computing interfaces
- Define strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology integration with enterprise clients
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping of autonomous system frameworks
- Collaborate with research partners on neural network optimization for edge computing
- Mentor junior talent in emerging tech methodologies and ethical AI deployment
- Present breakthrough innovations at industry conferences and stakeholder forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in AI/quantum computing environments
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-level solutions with $10M+ budgets
- PhD in Computer Science or related field with published research in Nature/Science
- Certification in Quantum Machine Learning from accredited institutions
- Experience with federal-level security clearances for sensitive projects
- Demonstrated success in scaling teams from 5 to 50+ engineers
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for global stakeholder engagement
