Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify key technological trends that will impact our industry by 2026.
- Drive Innovation Initiatives: Spearhead R&D projects focused on emerging technologies, including AI, Blockchain, and Autonomous Systems.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with tech startups, universities, and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Executive Communication: Present complex technological strategies to the C-Suite and Board of Directors with clarity and impact.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on competitive landscapes and future market demands to inform product development.
- Resource Allocation: Direct budget and resources toward high-ROI future tech initiatives.
- Talent Acquisition: Build a team of futurists and technologists dedicated to the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive consulting.
- Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Web3.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing high-stakes projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic certification is a plus.
