Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling futuristic technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems (AI/ML, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong data modeling and predictive analytics capabilities
