Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance neural network architectures for autonomous robotics.
- Lead the R&D strategy for the 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging technologies like quantum machine learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into complex hardware systems.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and robustness across all AI deployments.
- Establish best practices for model training, validation, and deployment (MLOps).
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic and industry trends in Deep Learning and Computer Vision.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience deploying large-scale models in production environments.
- Experience with robotics frameworks (ROS, ROS2) and sensor fusion is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
