- Architect strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Oversee R&D pipelines for futuristic projects with $10M+ budgets
- Champion innovation culture through hackathons and thought leadership initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical and ethical implications of disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with >$50M revenue impact
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE)
- Experience with technology roadmapping frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Strong network with venture capital and Fortune 500 innovation labs
