Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including quantum computing integration, neuromorphic AI systems, and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technological adoption across enterprise and consumer markets
- Collaborate with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich on future-focused research projects
- Design and implement prototyping frameworks for emerging tech applications
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for breakthrough technologies
- Mentor a team of 8-12 multidisciplinary researchers and engineers
- Present findings at Davos, Web Summit, and TED Future conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or equivalent with 7+ years of industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on exponential technologies
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems to 10M+ user bases
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech, or decentralized systems
- Experience with ISO 20700 future-readiness frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialization of 3+ emerging technologies
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Global speaking engagements at top-tier tech conferences
