Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovation initiatives across AI, IoT, and Web3 domains
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging technologies
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate disruptive startups
- Present strategic recommendations to board of directors and executive leadership
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record in developing long-term tech roadmaps (5+ years)
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, business, or related field
- Experience with venture capital or startup ecosystem integration
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in futures studies or technology foresight preferred
