Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with global market evolution and societal needs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum AI, bio-digital interfaces, decentralized networks) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT-caliber researchers and industry partners
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and human-centric design
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and global technology councils
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolios with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish industry standards through thought leadership at Davos and TED-style forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 10+ years applied research
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ exits or IPOs)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published author in Nature/Science with 50+ citations in AI ethics or human-computer interaction
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on digital transformation strategies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ patented technologies with $100M+ market impact
