You'll collaborate with R&D, product development, and venture capital partners to incubate breakthrough ideas while ensuring ethical and sustainable implementation.
Responsibilities
- Architect a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy encompassing AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with corporate vision
- Manage a $15M innovation portfolio with rigorous risk assessment protocols
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members
- Foster a culture of experimentation through innovation sprints and hackathons
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or director-level roles
- Proven track record of launching technology ventures with $10M+ ARR
- Expertise in emerging technologies: Generative AI, quantum computing, AR/VR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business MBA
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 500+ professionals
- Certifications in TOGAF and PMI-RMP preferred
