Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum, AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, or AR/VR
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Excellent communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, TMF) preferred
