- Lead a 15-person innovation lab across engineering, design, and research
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Drive patent filings and IP protection for breakthrough innovations
- Manage $3M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record launching 3+ disruptive tech products/services
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or Web3 ecosystems
- Executive presence with successful C-suite stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
