Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap, identifying disruptive trends and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints, managing end-to-end ideation to implementation of pilot projects
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bioinformatics)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into core offerings
- Present strategic visions to investors and board members securing $50M+ annual innovation budget
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team of 12+ specialists
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and geopolitical impacts on digital ecosystems
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech planning
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives from concept to market leadership
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: generative AI, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (patents, whitepapers, or keynote speeches)
- Fluency in tech ethics frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and market disruption modeling
