Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum applications, neural interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for emerging tech disruptions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and global tech consortiums
- Present technology forecasts and innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive R&D initiatives in AI governance, biometric security, and climate-tech integration
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture innovation
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive-level communication
- Published research or patents in relevant technological domains
- Certifications in strategic innovation management (e.g., INSEAD, Stanford LEAD)
