Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, Engineering) to translate strategic vision into technical specifications.
- Predict and mitigate technological risks associated with emerging innovations.
- Oversee the integration of autonomous systems and neural interfaces into core business workflows.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and board members.
- Establish partnerships with research institutions to stay ahead of the 2026 curve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or product strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum mechanics principles.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and forecasting future market trends.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
