Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year AI strategic roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems (quantum neural networks, AGI frameworks)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (biocomputing, neuromorphic chips)
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and international tech councils
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment in critical infrastructure
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive AI startups
- Author whitepapers on AI's societal impact for 2026+ policy development
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/Computer Science or equivalent with 8+ years in strategic technology planning
- Published research in top-tier journals on quantum machine learning or AGI
- Proven track record of leading AI initiatives valued at $50M+
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience working with UN/WHO tech policy advisory boards
- Fluency in at least 3 programming languages (Python, Rust, Prolog)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive AI innovations deployed at scale
