- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and executive stakeholders quarterly
- Build and mentor a futurist innovation lab team of 8-12 specialists

- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech paradigms
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with proven foresight track record
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, bioconvergence)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD preferred)
- Portfolio of implemented innovation strategies with measurable ROI
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
- Deep understanding of socioeconomic and geopolitical megatrends
- Advanced proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
