- Conduct horizon scanning across 15+ emerging verticals including quantum AI and synthetic biology
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for exponential technology adoption curves
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Partner with MIT Future Labs and Singularity University on research initiatives
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation prototyping budget
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or Big Tech
- Published work in Nature Futures or similar journals
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, Trend Hunter)
- Expertise in scenario planning for black swan events
- Track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Security clearance for sensitive R&D projects
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic preferred
