Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology foresight frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Analyze global tech trends and geopolitical shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation analysts
- Collaborate with R&D to translate future scenarios into tangible R&D roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning skills with tools like TrendHunter or Gartner
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Technology, Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Prior experience in scaling innovation labs or corporate venturing
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
