Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts for 2026+ landscape
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks translating future scenarios into actionable business plans
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Deliver compelling future narratives to stakeholders through executive briefings and thought leadership
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for cross-functional teams
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Publish cutting-edge research on future trends in industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Innovation Management, or equivalent
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented strategy implementations
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
