What you'll achieve:
- Design 5-year strategic roadmaps incorporating quantum computing, neurotech, and climate resilience
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Establish the world's first corporate futurist certification program
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and TEDx platforms
Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for emerging tech convergence (AI + Biotech + Clean Energy)
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' teams identifying paradigm shifts
- Partner with venture capital arms to fund 2026-era startups
- Design immersive futures simulations for executive decision-making
- Author quarterly 'Future State' briefs distributed to 50K+ stakeholders
- Coordinate with UN panels on ethical AI governance frameworks
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our 'Emerging Minds' program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Published peer-reviewed research on technological singularity or exponential change
- Deep expertise in at least two: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuro interfaces
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies (e.g., metaverse adoption)
- Advanced certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from Futures School)
- Fluency in at least two future-tech programming languages (Python, R, Julia)
- Experience with cross-cultural scenario planning across 10+ countries
