Responsibilities
- Design and prototype next-gen solutions using converging technologies (AI/quantum/bio)
- Lead interdisciplinary R&D initiatives targeting 2026 commercialization milestones
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technology deployment
- Create strategic roadmaps for sustainable innovation ecosystems

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futuristics (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 5+ years in technology R&D with 2+ years in emerging tech fields
- Portfolio of at least 3 commercialized innovations (2020-2023)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology
- Proven ability to lead cross-continental remote teams
- Published research in top-tier innovation journals or conferences
- Fluency in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
