Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently.
- Stack, sort, and organize inventory in accordance with safety protocols.
- Scan items using handheld scanners to ensure accuracy in orders.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Meet daily performance and productivity goals set by management.
- Load and unload packages onto trailers and delivery trucks.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks, outside areas).
- Basic English language skills for reading labels and following instructions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.
