Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed
- Operate warehouse equipment (conveyors, scanners, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for order processing
- Support inventory control and warehouse organization initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and tech-savvy mindset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
