Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders with 99% accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory precision through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including PPE usage and hazard prevention
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams during peak season surges and inventory audits
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time order processing
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
